Premium Email Services

To place an order for Premium Email services, complete the following steps:

  1. Click Email > Premium Email - 25GB.
  2. Select the number of accounts that you require by clicking the Order Now button beneath it.
  3. If you have not logged in, you will be prompted to do so at this point.
  4. Select the billing cycle that you would prefer to apply, either monthly or yearly.
  5. Enter the domain name to host and a short username. The username must be at most six (6) characters and will be modified slightly when it is applied to the account.
  6. Click Add To Shopping Cart.
  7. The hosting order will appear at the bottom of the Shopping Cart page. Once you are ready to proceed, click Check Out.
  8. Complete the Check Out process to place the order.

Result:

  1. Your premium email service will be setup within a few hours.
  2. You will receive a Welcome Letter once the service has been configured in our back end. You will also receive a copy of the first paid invoice. Please be sure to keep your Welcome Letter in a safe place, as it contains all of the details you need to log in to the Administrative Panel for your email accounts.

Notes:

It is to your advantage to host your email service. Having Grape.ca manage your domain registration and email services will simplify the administration of your email. You will only need to contact one company for setup and administration of email accounts, and you can handle multiple issues in a single contact.

Premium Email makes use of the same back-end system as the email accounts that come with our Cloud Hosting platform. It will have the same interface for administrating email accounts.
