Renew/Prolong Registration

1. Log in to your account.
2. Click Account Management > My Domains.
3. On your My Domains page, click the Renew link beneath the expiry date for the domain.
4. Select the Length of term (in years) that you wish to renew the domain for.
5. Click Add to Shopping Cart.
6. Verify that it is in your Shopping Cart and click Checkout.
7. Enter your payment information and click Submit.

Result:

1. Your domain has been renewed for the amount of time that you specified.
2. You will receive a confirmation e-mail notifying you that the domain has been renewed.

Notes:

In order to renew your domain through Grape.ca, it must already be registered through us. If your domain is not currently registered with Grape.ca, you can choose to transfer it to us and renew it at the same time. This costs the same as a simple domain renewal because we do not charge any additional domain transferring fees.

You may also renew your domain name without needing to log in. Our Quick Renew platform will allow you to renew a domain in our system without having access to the domain itself. Click Quick Renew under the Domains > Renew page to complete the renewal. Please note that invoices for Quick Renewals are sent once to the specified email and are not saved to any profile. In addition, the quick renewal process makes use of Ontario taxes regardless of where you are located.
