Easy Domain Forwarding

Our Easy Domain Forwarding service allows you to point your domain name to any URL on the web.

1. Log in to your profile.
2. Click Account Management > My Domains on the menu tabs.
3. Click directly on the domain that you would like to forward or on the gear icon beside it.
4. Click "Easy Domain Forwarding" under the Quick Actions section on the Manage Domain screen.
5. Follow the prompts on each screen to set the target URL. Be sure to accept the Terms and Conditions before clicking "Submit."

Result:

1. You can specify the URL that you want your domain name to forward to.
2. You can enable "cloaking" to hide the URL that your domain is redirecting to, or leave cloaking disabled to perform a regular redirect.

Notes:

You can update this information at any time to point your domain to a new target, or you may change the DNS information entirely.

Your domain must have our nameservers listed for domain forwarding to work. The required nameservers are listed on the Easy Domain Forwarding page. If you changed your domain's dns information, it can take 24 to 48 hours for that change to propagate throughout the internet. This means that it may take this long for the forwarding to begin working. Once your domain's nameservers have been changed, any future changes to the domain forwarding settings will happen immediately.

Cloaking refers to using URL Frames for the purpose of forwarding rather than URL Redirect records. Some targets will not support URL frames; if your forwarding results in a blank white screen, this is the reason. You will need to select another target that permits URL frames or deactivate cloaking.
